The Legacy Ribbon represents an old ribbon for which there is no current comparable award in the current system. This may mean the criteria for the award is no longer applicable to present ribbons, or the written nomination lacks sufficient detail for the OCS to award a current ribbon in its place. The Legacy Ribbon still represents a notable contribution to Bravo Fleet in past years.
The cast and crew of the USS Nogura have poured tremendous energy into the Task Force, resulting in the creation of the new Wastelands region, as well as some very unique approaches to existing canon, including a tie-in with the Fleet-Wide Quantum Slipstream Drive roll-out with implications that certain installs are being sabotaged at the install yards.
August 2018 – Deep Space 11
In the past month we have had a lot of excellent performers, as such the decision was not an easy one. Deep Space 11 has taken on the nearly impossible task of transforming a TF story platform in a full sim that still drives canon and is doing so with great activity and compelling story. The reward is earned by its entire crew who are doing an excellent job of showing what Task Force 9 stands for on the Headquarters sim.

USS Nogura continues to push out compelling writing. While it has not yet quite returned to the levels of activity we’re used to from past incarnations it is definitely top tier.
